Samba Fundamentals

Class Description:

These 3 classes are for individuals new to Samba who want to learn the foundation of this beautiful artform. To help you gain confidence as you start your Samba journey, we will

• Break down the Samba step (hips, feet & arms)

• Practice core moves

• Develop musicality & technique

This class is a great warm up for the North Country Fair Samba Parade classes which begin July 18.​

Attire:

• Leggings, yoga pants, dance leggings or shorts plus a tank top or shirt that you can comfortably dance in. We will sweat a lot.

• Barefoot or dance sneakers
