Alex Coutinho is the Director of Passistas for the Rio Samba School Paraiso do Tuiuti. He is the co-creator of the tremendously popular  Poderosas do Samba project in which he masterfully teaches students from all over the world how to Samba with passion, dedication and respect for Brazilian culture.
